- 1 cup of milk (I used skim)
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon or more
- pinch of chili pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir until all is combined and well heated. Makes about two cups of very rich hot chocolate.
