- 1 small banana, or half of 1 large banana
- 1/2 apple, cored (I keep the skin on, but it can be peeled)
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 small carrot, cut into a few pieces
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree well. If too thick, add more orange juice.
Makes 1 glass.
