Roasted berry goat cheese ice pops

Getting to the roasted berry mixture was like a little treasure hunt with these ice pops. I probably ate them faster than necessary just so I could find a blueberry or raspberry in the mix.

Creamy sweet potato sauce over pasta

This sauce looks like the brightest, fakest cheese sauce you could possibly find. Except it’s completely real and totally delicious — not to mention healthy. I was going to say this would be a great way to trick kids into eating healthy, but who care about that. Trick AND treat yo-self.

I had a gum graft recently, which meant three thing: Vicodin, soup and Netflix. This is an extremely easy soup, so it didn't require much effort on my part and I could quickly get back to my spot on the couch.

Curried Kabocha squash soup

I made some little grilled cheese croutons for my soup, a little throwback from this great kale salad I made earlier in the fall. Not that the soup really needed anything else — this recipe had some amazing flavor. And how can you beat a nice, warm bowl of squash soup in the fall?
