- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups popped plain popcorn
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt in small pan., and place it over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer, while stirring with a whisk. When the liquid begins to bubble, remove it from heat.
Place the popcorn in a large bowl, and drizzle the sauce over top, shaking the bowl as you go for even distribution. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over top, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
