- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon flaky salt
- 1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 6 cups popped plain popcorn
Melt the butter and maple syrup together until just warmed. Drizzle the syrup mixture over the popcorn.
While tossing the popcorn with you hands, sprinkle with the salt and cayenne pepper until all the popcorn is coated.
Makes 6 cups.
